In this article you will be told how to defeat gannondorf and zant on twilight princess. This counts i think for gamecube and wii so it doesn’t matter if you have either of them.
Anyway, To defeat zant you haveto go through all the boss stages but against him, so this is what you need to do,
On the first part of the battle it is like the first boss but you just hit it with the gale boomerang, launch the boomerang at him and he will fall into the water then you slash him a couple times and do it again untill you go to the next stage.
Then on the second stage you need your iron boots and fight like you did just before fighting the main boss of death mountain. By running accross the large platform to him and before you get to the edge put on your iron boots and do it again untill you get a hit in and keep doing that.
On the third stage you need to equip your zora tunic and iron boots, there will be large heads coming out the water, well you need to go to the head but not too close and then dodge the ataack and clawshot him soo he comes to you and slash him as many times as possible, keep doing that untill the next stage.
On stage four you need to use your clawshot again and roll into the pillars that he stops on and then clawshot him so he falls off, then attack him, keep doing that and you on your way to stage five.
On stage five you need the ball and chain, you defeat him like you did with yeta the girl yeti, you throw the ball and chain at his foot when he is bouncing about trying to kill you and then he will bounce about and get smaller, then you attack it, you do that a few times and your on you way to killing him, again…
Stage six is hard as he uses a few attacks, if he tries attacking you with his swords by just swinging them, then just spin attack him, if he tries to attack you by spinning you keep dodging him and he will tire out and then while he is getting a breath attack him as many times as you can, if he swings his swords up and down roll round him ans slash his back and keep doing them and you have defeated him.
After that it will go to a cut scene where midna kills zant with big tentacle like things and then you have to teleport to hyrule and go to the castle, midna will then destroy the twlight barrier and then you work your way throught the dungeon to gannon.
You will see another cut scene where he takes over zelda’s body and you have to attack zelda,
Don’t bother trying to attack her just keep deflecting her energy balls and dodge her triange ground move and you will surely defeat her/him (very confuzleing lol :l )
Now to the big pig. To defeat this you need to wait untill it is about to exit a portal, usualy the one that goes blue and then shoot the big light on it’s forehead after a while midna will say, “beast vs beast” sort of thing so you turn into the wolf form, and then move to the middle, midna will then say it’s just like a pig and so you wait untill it is about to attack you and a little button would come up at the bottom, press the button it sais and then swing it left or right depending on where you are at the time. Then slash it’s belly.
He will then do a pub fight and take it outside, you will then have to chase him on a horse and line it up so that zelda can shoot him with the light arrows, then you slash him, after doing that so many time, you will go into hand to hand combat
I had fun writing this article it was very brain teasing to remmember how to do the boss fight, but i prevailed.
